  10. Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts.
  11. Participate in industry events and conferences to promote Zendesk's brand and products.
  12. Stay updated on market trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
  13. Mentor and support junior members of the sales team.
  14. Continuously strive to improve and optimize sales processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Business Development, Preferably In The Software Or Technology Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Commercial Market And Ability To Identify And Pursue New Business Opportunities.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Internal Stakeholders.

  • Experience In Managing Complex Sales Cycles And Negotiating Contracts With Large Commercial Clients.
