  1. Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify key trends and insights that inform product strategy and decision-making.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
  3. Design and maintain dashboards and reports to track product performance and KPIs.
  4. Develop and implement statistical models and predictive analytics to identify opportunities for product improvement and growth.
  5. Communicate complex data findings and insights to various stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and product analytics.
  7. Identify and recommend areas for process improvement and optimization within the product analytics team.
  8. Mentor and guide junior analysts in data analysis techniques and best practices.
  9. Collaborate with other senior analysts to share knowledge and insights and drive overall team success.
  10. Utilize various tools and technologies to extract, transform and analyze large datasets efficiently.
  11. Monitor and ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all product analytics initiatives.
  12. Work closely with the data engineering team to maintain and improve data infrastructure and systems.
  13. Keep sensitive data confidential and adhere to data privacy and security policies.
  14. Identify and implement new methods and tools to improve data analysis and operational efficiency.
  15. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to drive business success.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Data Analysis And Product Analytics, With A Focus On Saas Products.

  • Proven Track Record Of Driving Business Insights And Recommendations Through Data Analysis And Visualization.

  • Strong Proficiency In Sql And Experience With Data Visualization Tools Such As Tableau Or Looker.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Product Analytics Techniques And Methodologies, Including A/B Testing And Cohort Analysis.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Complex Data Findings To Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership.
