Job Description

Are you an enthusiastic Resource Manager looking to join a dynamic, growing team? Zendesk is looking for an experienced Resource Manager to help manage and optimize the utilization of our resources. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a resource management system, as well as ensuring that resources are allocated appropriately and efficiently.The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, as well as 3+ years of experience in resource management. You should have strong project management, planning, and organizational skills, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Furthermore, you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. If you are a motivated, creative, and analytical individual looking to make an impact, then this could be the job for you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive resource management system.
  2. Allocate resources appropriately and in an efficient manner.
  3. Monitor resource utilization and identify opportunities for improvement.
  4. Monitor project progress and ensure resources are being used appropriately.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  6. Establish and enforce resource management policies and procedures.
  7. Create and manage resource budgets.
  8. Monitor resource availability and coordinate the scheduling of resources.
  9. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and suggest improvements.
  10. Prepare and present reports on resource utilization.
  11. Provide guidance and training to team members on resource management processes and best practices.
