  1. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  2. Serve as a technical expert on Zendesk's products and services, staying up to date on new features and updates.
  3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of Zendesk's solutions.
  4. Provide technical guidance and support to the sales team throughout the sales process, from initial prospecting to closing deals.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers and influencers within potential and existing clients.
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and deliver technical content and materials to support sales efforts.
  7. Participate in industry events and conferences to represent Zendesk and promote our solutions.
  8. Stay informed about market trends, competition, and industry developments to inform sales strategies and approaches.
  9. Work closely with the product development team to provide feedback and insights from customers to inform product direction and improvements.
  10. Mentor and train junior sales engineers and provide guidance and support to help them grow and succeed in their roles.
