Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Principal Product Manager to join our team at Zendesk. As the Principal Product Manager for Web Experience, you will play a critical role in defining and executing the roadmap for our web platform, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about delivering innovative and user-friendly solutions, has a strong understanding of web technologies, and is able to lead a cross-functional team to success.   1. Develop and execute a comprehensive roadmap for the web platform, taking into consideration customer needs and business objectives.
  2. Lead and inspire a cross-functional team to successfully deliver high-quality and user-friendly web solutions.
  3. Conduct in-depth market and competitive research to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements and ensure alignment with company goals.
  5. Drive the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication.
  6. Analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions and continuously improve the web platform.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in web technologies to incorporate into the product roadmap.
  8. Act as the subject matter expert for the web platform, providing guidance and support to other teams within the company.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  10. Drive product adoption and usage through effective marketing and communication strategies.
  11. Work closely with the engineering team to prioritize and manage product backlog and releases.
  12. Monitor and report on product performance, identifying areas for optimization and growth.
  13. Manage and allocate budget and resources effectively to ensure successful product delivery.
  14. Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 8 Years Experience In Product Management, With A Focus On Web Experience And User Interface Design.

  • Strong Understanding Of Web Development Technologies And Trends, Including Html, Css, Javascript, And Responsive Design.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Large-Scale Web Projects, With A Focus On Driving User Engagement And Retention.

  • Experience In Managing Cross-Functional Teams And Collaborating With Designers, Engineers, And Other Stakeholders To Deliver High-Quality Products.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Influence And Drive Product Strategy And Roadmap Decisions.
