Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Finance Transformation Or Process Improvement Roles.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Systems And Processes, Including Erp Systems And Financial Reporting Tools.
Demonstrated Experience In Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Implementing Large-Scale Finance Transformation Projects.
Excellent Analytical, Problem-Solving, And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Present Complex Financial Information To Non-Financial Stakeholders.
