
Manager, Business Insights
Lead a team of analysts to distill data insights from different stages of the Sales and Marketing funnel (focus areas: SEO, Web optimization (trials and demos), Web experiments, lead flow tracking, lead conversions, Pipeline generation, opportunity conversion, customer expansion). Partner with extended analytics teams (from Marketing, Web/SEO, SDR and growth and monetization) to get to data insights quicker. Partner with in-function analytics teams to tie experiments and pilot programs to greater business impacts. Track and manage inventory of live program implementations and operational changes. Run top down and bottoms up analysis to understand the impact of certain programs and reconcile against the company’s revenue plan. Review and re-define critical metrics to track the health of the sales funnel and work with the Enterprise data team to re-tool current reporting assets.
