  1. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide customized solutions using Zendesk technology.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  3. Utilize technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues and challenges faced by clients.
  4. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  5. Act as a consultant and advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations to optimize their use of Zendesk products and services.
  6. Conduct regular meetings and check-ins with clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in order to continuously improve and enhance our services.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new features and functionalities for clients.
  9. Document and track client interactions, issues, and resolutions for future reference.
  10. Provide training and support to clients on how to effectively use Zendesk products.
  11. Identify and promote opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of Zendesk products and services.
  12. Act as a brand ambassador for Zendesk, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  13. Continuously monitor and analyze client data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining client confidentiality and data protection.
  15. Participate in team meetings and trainings to stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments.
