  11. Provide regular reports and updates on client issues and resolutions to management.
  12. Take ownership of client relationships and ensure their satisfaction and success with Zendesk products.
  13. Participate in product testing and provide feedback to improve user experience.
  14. Contribute to team and company initiatives to drive growth and success.
  15. Represent Zendesk in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Technical Consulting Role, Preferably In A Managed Services Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Zendesk Products And Services, Including Experience With Implementation, Configuration, And Customization.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Delivering Multiple Projects On Time And Within Budget.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Clients, Team Members, And Stakeholders.
