Job Description

At Zendesk, we are looking for a highly motivated and creative Lead UX Researcher to join our dynamic, collaborative team. We are seeking an individual with a passion for understanding people and a drive to create meaningful experiences. Our ideal candidate has experience in creating research strategies, leading research teams, and synthesizing insights to inform product design.To be successful in this role, you will need a deep understanding of user experience research approaches and methodologies, including experience in conducting usability tests, interviews, surveys, and other research activities. You will have excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and you will be able to effectively collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders. You will also have experience leading and developing teams of UX researchers and be able to demonstrate a track record of successful projects.If you are passionate about creating user-centered experiences and have the skills and experience to excel in this role, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop research strategies to inform product design.
  2. Lead research teams in conducting usability tests, interviews, surveys, and other research activities.
  3. Synthesize research insights to inform product design.
  4. Communicate research findings and recommendations effectively.
  5. Analyze user behavior and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Lead and develop teams of UX researchers.
  7. Track and report on project progress.
  8. Stay up-to-date with user experience research methodologies and best practices.
  9. Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.
  10. Create meaningful user experiences through research-driven decisions.
