  1. Develop and maintain identity and access management (IAM) policies, procedures, and standards.
  2. Design, implement, and maintain IAM systems and tools to ensure secure and efficient access to company systems and applications.
  3. Monitor and analyze access logs and implement necessary security measures to prevent unauthorized access.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any access management issues.
  5. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  6. Stay updated with the latest IAM technologies and trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve any IAM-related issues in a timely manner.
  8. Train and educate employees on IAM processes and procedures.
  9. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to implement IAM solutions.
  10. Implement multi-factor authentication and other security measures to enhance access security.
  11. Develop and maintain documentation related to IAM processes and procedures.
  12. Participate in the development and execution of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  13. Conduct risk assessments and implement appropriate controls to mitigate potential risks.
  14. Assist in the development and maintenance of access control policies for various systems and applications.
  15. Provide support and guidance to other team members as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Identity Access Management, Preferably In A Saas Environment.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Identity And Access Management Protocols, Such As Saml, Oauth, And Openid Connect.

  • Familiarity With Industry-Standard Iam Solutions, Such As Okta, Azure Active Directory, Or Ping Identity.

  • Strong Understanding Of Security Best Practices And Experience Implementing And Maintaining Security Controls In An Enterprise Environment.
