- Develop and maintain identity and access management (IAM) policies, procedures, and standards.
- Design, implement, and maintain IAM systems and tools to ensure secure and efficient access to company systems and applications.
- Monitor and analyze access logs and implement necessary security measures to prevent unauthorized access.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any access management issues.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Stay updated with the latest IAM technologies and trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any IAM-related issues in a timely manner.
- Train and educate employees on IAM processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to implement IAM solutions.
- Implement multi-factor authentication and other security measures to enhance access security.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to IAM processes and procedures.
- Participate in the development and execution of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement appropriate controls to mitigate potential risks.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of access control policies for various systems and applications.
- Provide support and guidance to other team members as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Identity Access Management, Preferably In A Saas Environment.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Identity And Access Management Protocols, Such As Saml, Oauth, And Openid Connect.
Familiarity With Industry-Standard Iam Solutions, Such As Okta, Azure Active Directory, Or Ping Identity.
Strong Understanding Of Security Best Practices And Experience Implementing And Maintaining Security Controls In An Enterprise Environment.
