Job Description

At Zendesk, we are looking for a talented and driven individual to join our team as an HRIS Analyst with a focus on Workday Recruiting. As our company continues to grow and evolve, we need someone who is passionate about optimizing our recruiting process and ensuring that we attract top talent to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of Workday Recruiting and the ability to use data to make strategic decisions.   1. Manage and maintain the Workday Recruiting system for the organization, ensuring its functionality and accuracy.
  2. Collaborate with various stakeholders, including HR, recruiters, and hiring managers, to understand their needs and develop solutions to improve the recruiting process.
  3. Utilize data and analytics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to optimize the recruiting process.
  4. Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline and improve the recruiting process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  5. Train and support HR and recruiting team members on the use of Workday Recruiting and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting.
  6. Stay up-to-date on Workday Recruiting updates and new features, and make recommendations for their implementation to enhance our recruiting process.
  7. Partner with the HRIS team to integrate Workday Recruiting with other HR systems and ensure data integrity.
  8. Generate reports and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for improving recruiting strategies and practices.
  9. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruiting and HR technology.
  10. Continuously seek out opportunities to enhance and optimize the use of Workday Recruiting within the organization.

Job Qualifications
