  1. Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to strengthen and elevate Zendesk's brand image in the market.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all channels and touchpoints.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify key trends and opportunities to enhance brand positioning and messaging.
  4. Create and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring all marketing and communication materials adhere to brand standards.
  5. Oversee the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.
  6. Lead the development of creative and impactful brand messaging and storytelling to effectively communicate Zendesk's value proposition.
  7. Monitor and track brand performance and make strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
  8. Serve as a brand ambassador and advocate, both internally and externally, to promote and strengthen Zendesk's brand reputation.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in branding and marketing to continuously evolve and enhance Zendesk's brand strategies.
  10. Manage and mentor a team of brand professionals to ensure high-quality work and professional development opportunities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Brand Management Or Marketing Leadership Roles.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Executing Brand Strategies For Global Companies.

  • Strong Understanding Of Digital Marketing And Social Media Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Across Teams And Manage Multiple Projects.
