  1. Develop and implement effective content marketing strategies to drive demand for our IT solutions.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling and relevant content for various audiences, including IT professionals and decision-makers.
  3. Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify content opportunities that will resonate with our target audience.
  4. Create and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content.
  5. Utilize various channels, such as email, social media, webinars, and events, to distribute content and reach a wide audience.
  6. Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to continuously improve and optimize content strategy.
  7. Work closely with sales and account teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and support lead generation and conversion.
  8. Collaborate with product marketing and product management teams to ensure content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with product messaging.
  9. Manage relationships with external content partners, such as industry analysts, influencers, and media outlets, to expand our reach and credibility.
  10. Stay informed about the competitive landscape and adjust content strategy accordingly.
  11. Serve as a subject matter expert on IT solutions and industry trends to support internal and external stakeholders.
  12. Continuously evaluate and recommend new content formats and tactics to engage and educate our target audience.
  13. Mentor and develop junior members of the marketing team to ensure their growth and success.
  14. Represent Zendesk at industry events and conferences to promote our brand and build relationships with potential customers.
  15. Collaborate with the global marketing team to ensure consistency and alignment of messaging and branding across all regions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Demand Generation Or Content Marketing, Preferably In The It Industry.

  • Excellent Understanding Of Global Marketing And Content Strategies, With A Proven Track Record Of Success.

  • Strong Understanding Of Digital Marketing Channels, Including Social Media, Email, Seo, And Ppc.

  • Ability To Effectively Manage Multiple Projects And Teams, With A Focus On Data-Driven Decision Making And Results-Driven Mentality.
