- Develop and execute the global content strategy for HR and talent acquisition, in line with the company's overall marketing goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful and innovative content that resonates with our target audience.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics to measure the success of content campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize and improve performance.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in content marketing, using this knowledge to continuously improve our approach.
- Work closely with the demand generation team to ensure that content is effectively integrated into lead generation campaigns and other marketing initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including HR leaders, subject matter experts, and external partners, to ensure that content is relevant, accurate, and compelling.
- Develop and manage a budget for content marketing activities, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality and visually engaging content assets, including but not limited to e-books, webinars, videos, and blog posts.
- Conduct market and competitive research to identify content gaps and opportunities, and use this information to inform content strategy and messaging.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring that all content is consistent with the company's brand voice, tone, and messaging.
- Continuously track and report on content performance and effectiveness, providing regular updates and insights to key stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks and challenges in content production and distribution, proposing solutions and taking action as needed.
- Stay current on industry news and developments related to HR and talent acquisition, and use this knowledge to inform content strategy and messaging.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, providing support, feedback, and development opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, speaking on panels or delivering presentations on relevant content marketing topics.
Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Stakeholders Simultaneously.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or Related Field.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Global Content Marketing Strategies.
Minimum 5 Years Of Experience In Demand Generation, Content Marketing, Or Similar Role.
Experience In The Hr Or Saas Industry, With A Strong Understanding Of Hr Technology And Trends.
