As a Frontend Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing user-friendly interfaces for our CRMs and Zendesk AI agents. We are looking for someone who is driven, detail-oriented, and has a strong understanding of frontend development.   1. Develop and implement user-friendly interfaces for our CRMs and Zendesk AI agents.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain frontend features and components.
  3. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
  4. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
  5. Optimize frontend applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  6. Troubleshoot and debug frontend issues.
  7. Stay up-to-date with emerging frontend technologies and industry trends.
  8. Work with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  9. Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality.
  10. Continuously monitor and improve website performance and user experience.
  11. Develop and maintain reusable code libraries and frameworks.
  12. Collaborate with backend developers to integrate frontend components with server-side logic.
  13. Implement responsive designs and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
  14. Communicate technical concepts and ideas to non-technical team members.
  15. Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of frontend features.
  16. Follow best practices and coding standards to maintain a high level of code quality.
  17. Proactively identify and address performance and scalability issues.
  18. Troubleshoot and debug production issues in a timely manner.
  19. Take ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion.
  20. Mentor and assist junior developers in improving their skills and knowledge.

Job Qualifications
  • Proficient In Html, Css, And Javascript: A Frontend Engineer At Zendesk Should Have A Strong Understanding Of These Core Web Development Technologies To Create Visually Appealing And User-Friendly Interfaces.

  • Experience With Crms: A Solid Understanding Of Customer Relationship Management (Crm) Systems Is Essential For A Frontend Engineer At Zendesk. This Includes Experience With Customizing And Integrating Crms Into Web Applications.

  • Familiarity With Zendesk Products: A Strong Knowledge Of Zendesk Products, Including Zendesk Support And Zendesk Chat, Is Crucial For A Frontend Engineer At Zendesk. This Will Enable Them To Effectively Build And Maintain Integrations With These Products.

  • Experience With Ai Agents: As Zendesk Continues To Invest In Ai Technology, A Frontend Engineer Should Have Experience Working With Ai Agents, Such As Zendesk's Answer Bot Or Chat Bot. This Includes Building And Optimizing User Interfaces For These Agents.

  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: A Frontend Engineer At Zendesk Should Possess Excellent Problem-Solving Skills To Troubleshoot And Debug Issues That May Arise In The Development Process. This Includes The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Find Solutions.
