  1. Lead and manage a team of Java developers to deliver high-quality and innovative solutions for our global customer base.
  2. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring their skills and knowledge in Java development are constantly growing and improving.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  4. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services, and use this knowledge to guide the team in creating effective solutions.
  5. Monitor and track team performance, ensuring deadlines and project milestones are met.
  6. Identify and resolve any technical issues or roadblocks that may arise during development.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Java development, and proactively suggest new technologies or approaches to improve our products.
  8. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting open communication and knowledge-sharing.
  9. Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback to team members to support their professional growth.
  10. Collaborate with other Engineering Managers to ensure consistent processes and standards across teams.
  11. Work closely with the Product team to prioritize and plan development efforts in line with business objectives.
  12. Act as a representative for the Java team, providing updates and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
  13. Adhere to and promote best practices, coding standards, and security protocols within the team.
  14. Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  15. Represent the company and its values, acting as a positive and professional ambassador at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Software Development, With At Least 2 Years In A Management Or Leadership Role.

  • Strong Proficiency In Java Programming Language And Related Technologies, Such As Spring, Hibernate, And Maven.

  • Experience With Agile Development Methodologies, Such As Scrum Or Kanban.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Mentor A Team Of Engineers.
