Job Description

Calling all passionate Human Resources professionals looking to join a rapidly growing company! Zendesk is looking for an Employee Relations Analyst to ensure a positive work environment for its employees and to ensure compliance with our HR policies.The ideal candidate for this role will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field and at least 3 years of experience in the HR field. We’re looking for someone who is highly organized and detail-oriented, and who has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.At Zendesk, we believe in providing our employees with the support they need to thrive and to take their careers to the next level. Responsibilities:

  1. Developing and implementing HR policies that promote a positive work environment.
  2. Investigating and responding to employee complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Keeping up to date with changes in employment law and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation.
  4. Developing and delivering Employee Relations training to managers and employees.
  5. Maintaining employee records and ensuring accuracy of information.
  6. Advising managers on performance management processes and employee relations.
  7. Liaising with other departments to ensure consistent HR processes.
  8. Providing assistance to employees on a broad range of matters, such as benefit programs, leave of absence, and dispute resolution.
  9. Supporting the implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  10. Assisting with recruitment and onboarding activities.
