Zendesk is looking for an Employee Relations Analyst to ensure a positive work environment for its employees and to ensure compliance with our HR policies.The ideal candidate for this role will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field and at least 3 years of experience in the HR field. Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing HR policies that promote a positive work environment.
- Investigating and responding to employee complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Keeping up to date with changes in employment law and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation.
- Developing and delivering Employee Relations training to managers and employees.
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring accuracy of information.
- Advising managers on performance management processes and employee relations.
- Liaising with other departments to ensure consistent HR processes.
- Providing assistance to employees on a broad range of matters, such as benefit programs, leave of absence, and dispute resolution.
- Supporting the implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding activities.
