Job Description

Have total ownership of the WFM technology deployment project including coordinating user acceptance testing, regional roll-out, post-launch improvements and future enhancement once fully deployed. Train/Mentor/Direct, team on Scheduling principles, scheduling technology execution, workflow optimization, and best practice methods. Collaborate with front line Operations to refine/define workflows and best methods to support compliance and budget accountability. Develop detailed workforce budgets through analysis of historical performance/trends, investigation of industry best methods/trends, modeling of new programs, and maintaining synergy with company objectives. Build a high performing team that focuses on developing all talent within the Workforce Planning & Optimization.

Job Qualifications
