- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth through optimal deal structures.
- Negotiate and close complex deals, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
- Lead and manage a team of deal desk analysts, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, legal, finance, and product, to ensure deal alignment and compliance.
- Analyze deal structures and provide recommendations for improvements and efficiencies.
- Monitor and report on key deal metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in deal desk management to continuously improve processes and strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.

Extensive Experience In Sales Operations And Deal Desk Management, Preferably In The Software Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Saas Business Models And Experience In Structuring Complex Deals.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify Areas For Improvement And Implement Effective Solutions.
