As a key member of our Sales Operations department, you will play a critical role in optimizing deal structures and driving revenue growth for our company.   1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth through optimal deal structures.
  2. Negotiate and close complex deals, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
  3. Lead and manage a team of deal desk analysts, providing guidance and support as needed.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, legal, finance, and product, to ensure deal alignment and compliance.
  5. Analyze deal structures and provide recommendations for improvements and efficiencies.
  6. Monitor and report on key deal metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in deal desk management to continuously improve processes and strategies.
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  9. Act as a subject matter expert on deal structures and processes, providing guidance and training to sales teams.
  10. Drive revenue growth by identifying and implementing opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  11. Ensure accuracy and integrity of deal data and documentation.
  12. Handle escalations and resolve any issues related to deal structures.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Sales Operations And Deal Desk Management, Preferably In The Software Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Saas Business Models And Experience In Structuring Complex Deals.
