At Zendesk, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Data Migration Architect who can help our data migration processes run more efficiently and effectively. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the data migration process and will be able to create and implement a comprehensive plan for migrating information from one system to another.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in data migration architecture, with experience in a wide variety of databases and software applications. They should have strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. Additionally, they should have a collaborative mindset and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.If you are an experienced Data Migration Architect who is passionate about data and enjoys working in a team-oriented environment, then we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive data migration plan from one system to another.
Analyze data requirements and ensure accuracy and completeness of data migration.
Troubleshoot and resolve any data migration issues.
Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of the data migration plan.
Monitor and maintain data migration processes to ensure ongoing efficiency and accuracy.
Ensure data security and compliance with applicable regulations.
Develop and maintain documentation related to data migration processes.
Provide technical support and guidance to stakeholders regarding data migration architecture.
Research and evaluate new technologies related to data migration processes.
