CRM Data Steward

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain customer data integrity in the CRM system.
2. Analyze customer data to identify trends and patterns to improve the customer experience.
3. Ensure accuracy and quality of customer data in the CRM system.
4. Develop and enforce data management policies and procedures.
5. Create dashboards and reports to monitor data quality and accuracy.
6. Develop and maintain data dictionaries and metadata.
7. Design and implement processes to improve the accuracy and completeness of customer data.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data is properly collected and stored.
9. Monitor customer data to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
10. Create and maintain data models to improve data quality and accuracy.
