  1. Develop and implement effective internal communication plans that align with company values and messaging.
  2. Create and maintain a strong internal communication strategy that connects and engages our global team.
  3. Utilize various communication channels and techniques to effectively reach and engage employees.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and content for internal communication initiatives.
  5. Write and edit internal communications, including emails, newsletters, and intranet content.
  6. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communication efforts and make recommendations for improvement.
  7. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in internal communication to continuously improve our strategies.
  8. Partner with HR and other departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all internal communication efforts.
  9. Manage and maintain internal communication platforms, such as the company intranet.
  10. Organize and execute company-wide internal events and initiatives to promote employee engagement and a positive company culture.
  11. Serve as a point of contact for employees seeking information or clarification on internal communications.
  12. Collaborate with external communications team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all company communications.
  13. Monitor and respond to employee feedback and suggestions related to internal communications.
  14. Train and educate employees on internal communication techniques and best practices.
  15. Continuously assess and improve internal communication processes and strategies to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Public Relations, Journalism Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Internal Communications, Preferably In A Corporate Or Tech Environment.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Craft Engaging And Effective Messaging For Various Internal Audiences.

  • Experience Managing And Executing Internal Communication Strategies, Including Creating Content, Managing Distribution Channels, And Measuring Impact.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Projects And Deadlines Simultaneously.
