
Commercial Account Executive, Mid-Market
We’re looking for a Commercial Account Executive, Mid-Market to join Zendesk’s growing team. Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with mid-market customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Generate new business opportunities and create strategies to increase sales revenue.
- Utilize sales acumen, business acumen, and technical aptitude to provide customers with the best solutions.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure Zendesk’s competitive position.
- Identify customer pain points and develop strategies to address them.
- Monitor customer feedback and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and account history.
- Assist with onboarding new customers and provide ongoing training and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions to customer needs.
- Support internal initiatives to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
