We’re looking for a Commercial Account Executive, Mid-Market to join Zendesk’s growing team. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage relationships with mid-market customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  2. Generate new business opportunities and create strategies to increase sales revenue.
  3. Utilize sales acumen, business acumen, and technical aptitude to provide customers with the best solutions.
  4. Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure Zendesk’s competitive position.
  5. Identify customer pain points and develop strategies to address them.
  6. Monitor customer feedback and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
  7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and account history.
  8. Assist with onboarding new customers and provide ongoing training and support.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions to customer needs.
  10. Support internal initiatives to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
