  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to maximize sales opportunities.
  3. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs and pain points.
  4. Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  5. Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and closing deals.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless sales process and provide excellent customer service.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to position Zendesk as a leader in the tech industry.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer information in the CRM system.
  9. Travel to industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
  10. Continuously learn and improve sales techniques to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  11. Act as a brand ambassador for Zendesk, representing the company's values and mission in all interactions.
  12. Provide regular updates and reports to the sales manager on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
  13. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  14. Proactively identify and address potential challenges or roadblocks in the sales process.

Job Qualifications
  • Proven Sales Experience: A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Successful Sales Experience, Preferably In The Software Or Technology Industry, With A Track Record Of Consistently Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.

  • Knowledge Of Emerging Markets: A Strong Understanding Of The Unique Challenges And Opportunities In Emerging Markets, Including Familiarity With Local Business Practices, Cultural Nuances, And Regulatory Requirements.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Demonstrated Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Clients, Understand Their Needs, And Provide Effective Solutions To Meet Their Business Goals.

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability To Think Strategically And Develop Creative Solutions To Complex Business Challenges, With A Strong Focus On Driving Revenue Growth And Expanding Market Share In Emerging Markets.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Outstanding Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present And Negotiate With Senior-Level Decision-Makers, Both Internally And Externally. Fluency In Multiple Languages Is A Plus.
