Job Description

Zendesk is looking for a brand designer who is passionate about brand identity systems. As a Senior Designer on the Brand team, you will play a significant role in ensuring the spirit of our brand is appropriately reflected across touchpoints. Evolve and manage our brand identity system and guidelines for imagery, typography, color, logos, voice and tone, etc. Develop detailed documentation of brand guidelines. Act as a source of truth for anything related to the brand identity. Guide brand expression across media and projects. Design concepts for video, campaigns, events and digital. Lead the creation of visual assets that support brand storytelling. Work cross-functionally with marketing, product design, event and comms partners to create work that aligns with business goals.

Job Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience building brand identity systems and visual languages

  • Experience working in-house would be good. B2B experience would be great

  • Proficient in graphic design principles, typography, layout, color and imagery

  • Strong sense of design sensibilities, details matter

Required Skills
  • Adobe Photoshop

  • Illustrator
