As an associate on the Startup Community team, you’ll be responsible for engaging and strengthening our startup community. Our team’s goal is to develop thought leaders and engage the community in order to drive product adoption. We do this by leveraging a variety of dynamic platforms that have included Meetup.com, LinkedIn, Zoom, and now Slack. Foster relationships with CX leaders and startup founders. Develop and execute a daily engagement strategy including Slack, LinkedIn, and other mediums. Create a megaphone for our CX leaders who want to tell their stories. Create Q&As, newsletters, and emails sharing learnings and activities in our community. Record, edit, and share videos from our events. Manage local meetups (when in-person is back) and online events start to finish.
