  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute localization strategies for our products and services.
  2. Manage and oversee the localization process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of localized content.
  3. Communicate with international teams to gather requirements and provide updates on localization progress.
  4. Act as the main point of contact for localization-related inquiries and issues.
  5. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for localization projects.
  6. Ensure localization processes are streamlined and efficient, and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Coordinate with vendors and external partners to ensure high-quality localized content.
  8. Monitor and report on key performance indicators for localization projects.
  9. Train and mentor team members on localization processes and best practices.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in localization technology.
  11. Represent the Localization team in cross-functional meetings and provide insights and recommendations.
  12. Collaborate with other program managers to ensure alignment and consistency across all localization projects.
  13. Take ownership of project deliverables and ensure they meet quality standards.
  14. Assist in developing and implementing localization strategies to support the company's global expansion goals.
  15. Contribute to the overall success of the Localization team by actively participating in team meetings, sharing ideas and best practices, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And External Vendors.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As International Business, Linguistics, Or Translation.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Project Management Or Localization In A Tech Company.

  • Strong Understanding Of Localization Processes And Tools, Including Translation Memory And Content Management Systems.

  • Fluency In At Least One Foreign Language, With A Preference For Languages Commonly Used In Zendesk's Target Markets.
