
Associate Content Designer
We are looking for a person who thrives in a multi-project, multifaceted and lively environment to help lead an outstanding and exciting opportunity. Zendesk’s Employee Experience Applications team is driving to define how we use technology in our digital workplace. Audit and validate existing content and consolidate or repurpose content to align with the team’s strategies. Design job aids, style guides, templates, and other content to allow for a consistent look and feel, matching the team’s brand and customer service focus. Design analytics dashboards to track content and engagement. Create and write content based on analytics and needs of the team. Design and facilitate training to increase knowledge of content strategies. Continually improve the user experience by revisiting prior strategies and implementing new ways to engage them
Experience with analytics and metrics tracking
Experience with Knowledge Management platforms (Guide, Confluence.)
Passion and eye for detail, visual design, and page/content layout
