Sustainability Coordinator

In addition to being organized and comfortable working cross-functionally, we are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or a related field. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement sustainability initiatives to meet Zegna's sustainability goals.
2. Monitor and evaluate progress towards sustainability objectives.
3. Oversee the development of sustainability-related policies and procedures.
4. Collaborate with other departments to maintain a consistent company-wide sustainability approach.
5. Research and analyze emerging sustainability trends and best practices.
6. Develop and manage external partnerships related to sustainability.
7. Develop and maintain sustainability-related metrics and reporting.
8. Educate staff on sustainability initiatives and lead by example.
9. Track and report on corporate sustainability performance.
10. Identify opportunities to reduce environmental impact and increase sustainability.
