Stock Associate

We are looking for an enthusiastic Stock Associate to join our team at Z Gallerie! This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, a team player, and an excellent communicator. We want someone who is passionate about providing great customer service and is able to work well with minimal supervision. As a Stock Associate, you will be responsible for completing various tasks related to stocking and restocking our merchandise.The ideal candidate for this role should have prior retail experience and be highly organized. You should also have a good understanding of inventory control procedures and be able to accurately count and record merchandise. Additionally, you should have strong problem-solving skills and be able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

1. Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise in the store.
2. Follow inventory control procedures and accurately record and count merchandise.
3. Maintain a clean, organized and safe store environment.
4. Provide excellent customer service to customers.
5. Communicate effectively with store managers and other associates.
6. Identify and report any issues with stock or customers to store management.
7. Assist in setting up displays and maintaining store appearance.
8. Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner.
9. Monitor stock levels and restock shelves as needed.
10. Assist with sales and cash register operations.
