Stock Associate

At Z Gallerie, we’re looking for a motivated and reliable Stock Associate to join our team. This position requires someone with an eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a customer-friendly attitude. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a retail environment and a passion for helping customers find the perfect piece to complete their home. Required Qualifications:• High school diploma or GED• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.• Ability to stand and move for extended periods of time• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment• Excellent customer service skills and ability to build relationships with customers• Knowledge of basic computer operations such as Microsoft Office, POS systems, and inventory systems

Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
2. Ensure that products are displayed attractively and arranged according to store standards.
3. Stock shelves and backroom with merchandise as needed.
4. Receive shipments and verify contents against purchase orders.
5. Assist customers in locating products and provide product information.
6. Assist customers with purchases and returns.
7. Handle cash transactions and balance the cash register at the end of shifts.
8. Maintain a clean and organized store.
9. Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures.
10. Assist other team members with various tasks as needed.
