Job Description

We are looking for a passionate In Store Stylist to join the creative team at Z Gallerie. As an In Store Stylist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while delivering an exceptional shopping experience in our store. You must have a strong eye for detail, a creative flair to mix and match furniture and décor, and an understanding of the Z Gallerie brand to ensure an elevated experience for our customers. If you have a passion for home décor and styling, we invite you to apply!The ideal candidate should have at least 3-5 years of in-store retail experience and a deep knowledge of the home décor industry, including a familiarity of current trends. An ability to connect with customers and build relationships is essential. The In Store Stylist should be an outgoing and friendly individual who is able to provide excellent customer service and styling advice. A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow are essential. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team and help create a unique and inspiring shopping experience!

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service to ensure an elevated shopping experience for customers.
  2. Utilize creative flair to mix and match furniture and décor in order to create a unique and inspiring shopping experience.
  3. Utilize knowledge of the Z Gallerie brand to ensure customers receive the best possible experience.
  4. Demonstrate an understanding of current home décor trends and provide relevant styling advice.
  5. Connect with customers and build strong relationships.
  6. Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
  7. Follow store policies and procedures to ensure safety and security of customers and store.
