
Technical Product Lead - Business Technology
As a Technical Product Lead on the Content Partnerships Systems team within Business Technology at YouTube, you will oversee capabilities of our core systems that support YouTube’s business organization. In this role, you will work on a variety of projects, from defining product requirements to partnering with our engineering teams on systems design to launching new and improved capabilities for our users. Structure and lead the design and development of system capabilities that empower YouTube’s business organization, aligning with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and cross-functional partners to solve for business goals using technology. Define requirements and lead team efforts towards delivery, ensuring that releases are tested, launched, communicated, and adopted effectively. Collect and analyze data to inform strategic decisions, and communicate insights to build collaboration across cross-functional teams. Ensure successful releases by working with stakeholders to provide comprehensive documentation, training, troubleshooting, and support.
Experience in a systems design, product management, and/or software engineering role
Experience with data model and schema design to build SQL data pipelines to analyze data from data sets
Experience delivering software products incrementally using a scrum-style approach
