
Support Infrastructure Specialist
Partner with business teams to understand and resolve their support infrastructure and configuration needs resulting, in an excellent support experience for YouTube users and Partners. Deliver the implementation logic, configuration, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of YouTube support infrastructure, while managing systems and data integrity for scale. Drive improvement to the support administration infrastructure through documentation, new processes, feature advocacy, and automation. Ensure transparency around systems development/configuration, providing key information to communicate and educate the business on capabilities and opportunities. As a Support Infrastructure Specialist, you'll manage the capabilities of our systems that help power the YouTube support experience. You will be the trusted subject matter expert that will help manage and maintain the overall support ecosystem through technical expertise and consultation for system configuration and administration.
2 years of experience in support operations, support systems, support tools, or with customer/enterprise support environments.
Knowledge of user experience principles and a user-oriented approach to problems
