
Policy Enforcement Lead - Child Safety
As a Policy Enforcement Lead on YouTube's Trust and Safety team, you'll lead a team responsible for ensuring that our child safety and kids content policies are enforced effectively, from the point of identification of possible violation to removal and appeals. You will work alongside product and engineer stakeholders in Child Safety and YouTube Kids to implement effective abuse detection mechanisms and safety controls. Leverage people management, mentoring, and coaching experience to lead a team of diverse experts. Prepare presentations and clearly communicate initiatives to management and to the broader organization. Liaise with policy, PR, and Legal teams to craft and implement process solutions to emerging threats.
Experience in content policy, anti-abuse or customer support operations;
Ability to work in a rapidly-changing industry and manage ambiguity while minimizing uncertainty through quantitative insights.
