In this role, you will create holistic media strategies that deliver on your marketing and business goals. You'll have the operational savvy to know how to set up your team, agencies, and the infrastructure to execute flawlessly. Lead a globally central team that creates and drives holistic and dynamic media strategies, campaign development, and execution, and deliver measurable investment impact against marketing and business goals. Oversee (direct and prioritize) media agency workflow from communications strategy to wrap up reports for all media (offline and digital). Evolve operational infrastructure to increase speed to insight and action. Partner closely with teams across YouTube Marketing, Google Media Lab, and Ad Products teams on creating media campaigns that elevate user experiences. Inspire and nurture a high-performing, multidisciplinary team to unlock their full potential for growth and impact.
15 years of digital and brand marketing experience
4 years in media leadership experience at global consumer brands or their agencies a plus
Successful track record of breakthrough media campaigns
Deep understanding of ad operations, the digital video and overall display landscapes
Demonstrated accountability of driving business results through media investment
