Job Description

As the Escalation Program Manager for Scaled Abuse and Analytics on YouTube's Trust and Safety team, you will be responsible for improving policies and processes across the Scaled Abuse organization. You'll be involved in escalation management and will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment in applying policy principles and addressing brand risk. Serve as Incident Response Manager for escalations, managing escalations from intake to execution. Partner with the Trust and Safety Rapid Response team to scale YouTube Partner Program Sensitive policies globally. Engage with Scaled Abuse and Analytics teams and cross-functional stakeholders and drive large-scale strategic and tactical initiatives. You will be required to work cross-functionally across Policy Development, Policy Verticals,, Product, and Operations to operationalize, enforce, and communicate policies that keep users safe and minimize brand risk to the platform.
