
Director - Creative Studio
In this role, you will build credibility across YouTube’s leadership team and effectively collaborate and align multiple senior stakeholders. You will also work directly with a team of internal creative resources to realize and prove out creative concepts and inspire a team of vendor partners by sharing ideas and developing effective solutions to generate multiple creative concepts. Act as the creative catalyst for the YouTube brand across core users, creators, artists, and key opinion formers (KOFs). Partner collaboratively with other marketing teams and cross-functional groups at YouTube and Google to align on brand expression and creative strategy, set priorities, and devise execution roadmaps. Develop and foster relationships with agency and production partners to deliver great work that is on brief, on time, and on budget. Nurture and mentor a diverse group of creative leads and contractors to deliver groundbreaking work. Develop and manage an outstanding, in-house creative and production team that attracts top talent and can scale to meet the growth of YouTube globally.

10 years of experience specifically within an agency, design firm, service design
Track record of success in an agency or an in-house creative team at an organization of significant scale, scope and complexity.
