
Digital Operations Manager, TV and Media Solutions
As a Digital Operations Manager for YouTube Originals, you are a proven operations leader with a passion for shaping the future of Original programming. You will utilize your deep video technology experience, industry knowledge and existing relationships to advance YouTube’s overall Originals strategy. Manage day-to-day digital operations for YouTube Originals including launch planning, content ratings, and content protection. Lead planning and execution of live events including Youtube Originals livestreams. Partner with cross-functional teams, e.g., Product & Engineering, to build the right operational process and tooling investments. Manage operational metrics and KPIs - volume, performance, and quality - and execute plans to improve the measures. Develop operational documentation, and implement training programs for knowledge retention. In this role, you will be highly organized with meticulous attention to detail, diligently planning and tracking progress of key milestones.
3 years of experience with live broadcasting and live streaming operations including event day management.
3 years of experience with media operations workflows such as go-to-market launch strategies
