
Communication Insights & Optimization Lead
Lead campaign strategy and production for scaled communications to increase YouTube creator satisfaction and engagement. Lead program measurement and tracking of campaigns, goals, and the overall health of communications programs. Develop solid relationships with key internal stakeholders across Product, Strategy & Operations, and other Marketing teams to manage and optimize the communications and processes. Manage the campaign optimization cycle for YouTube Creator communications-owned channels, including identifying campaign optimization opportunities via data analysis, A/B tests, and growth experiments and communicate learnings and best practices. Work with leads to uncover, vet, and initiate Voice of the Customer (VOC) efforts and omni-channel test. As a Communication Insights & Optimization Lead, you will be shaping the strategy of scaled communications for Youtube creators around the world.
4 years of experience in marketing platforms, growth, product, or analytics.
Experience working directly with marketing communication platforms, e.g., recommendation engines, paid media, email
