Develop and execute creative and innovative design solutions that align with the company's brand and marketing objectives.

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, sharing your expertise and helping them improve their skills.

Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary revisions to designs.
Manage and prioritize workload to meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing project requirements.
Utilize your strong understanding of visual communication principles to create designs that effectively convey complex information.
Collaborate with marketing team to develop creative campaigns and strategies that align with company goals.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Graphic Design Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Professional Graphic Design Role
Proficiency In Adobe Creative Suite, Particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, And Indesign
Strong Portfolio Showcasing A Variety Of Design Projects And Styles
Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead A Team And Collaborate Effectively With Clients And Other Departments.
