- Conduct software implementation and support for Yardi's real estate clients.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure successful delivery of software solutions.
- Provide expert knowledge and support to clients on Yardi's software products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technological advancements to continuously improve our software and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Train clients on how to effectively use Yardi's software products.
- Communicate with clients and internal teams to gather feedback and make recommendations for product improvements.
- Assist in the development and testing of new software features.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Yardi's software offerings and industry best practices.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards at all times.

Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In The Real Estate Industry, Preferably In A Consulting Role.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Delivering Complex Projects Within Budget And Timeline Constraints.
Expertise In Yardi Software Products, Including Voyager, Rentcafe, And Genesis2.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Effective Solutions For Clients.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Clients And Team Members At All Levels.
