- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in the real estate industry.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.
- Assist in managing client accounts and ensuring their needs are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve client issues.
- Communicate effectively with clients via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
- Continuously learn and stay updated on our software solutions and the real estate industry.
- Assist in creating and maintaining documentation and training materials for clients.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in our software and processes.
- Work closely with the Technical Account Manager to support their efforts in managing client relationships.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and resolutions.
- Complete assigned tasks and projects in a timely and efficient manner.
- Proactively identify potential issues and address them before they escalate.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
- Take initiative to continually improve skills and knowledge in the areas of technology and real estate.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Strong Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Familiarity With Software Development And Programming Languages, Such As Java Or Sql.
Previous Experience In A Customer-Facing Role, Preferably In A Technical Support Or Account Management Role.
