Assist with the implementation and maintenance of Yardi's software solutions for clients.
Work alongside experienced Technical Account Managers to provide support and troubleshoot technical issues.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and developments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of solutions.
Participate in meetings and presentations with clients to discuss progress and provide updates.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service.
Identify areas for improvement and suggest innovative solutions to enhance client experience.
Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions and technical issues.
Continuously learn and develop skills in technology, real estate, and customer service.
Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
Take initiative and assist with other tasks and projects as needed.
Represent Yardi in a professional manner, both internally and externally.

Strong Technical Background: Candidates For This Position Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Technical Concepts, Including Programming Languages, Databases, And Software Development Processes.
