- Provide exceptional technical support to clients by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with experienced Technical Account Managers to learn and develop skills in managing client relationships and providing technical guidance.
- Assist in the implementation and testing of new software features and updates for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns or questions they may have.
- Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions, technical issues, and solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to provide innovative solutions to clients.
