Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Compliance Auditing, Preferably In The Real Estate Industry
Knowledge Of Relevant Laws And Regulations, Such As Fair Housing Act, Ada, And Epa Regulations
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Communicate With Different Stakeholders And Teams Within The Company.
