Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the energy industry, serving as the primary point of contact for their technical needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions to meet clients' energy management needs.
Monitor and analyze client data to identify areas for improvement and proactively offer recommendations for optimization.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients' energy management systems and products.
Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
Coordinate and facilitate client training sessions on Yardi's energy management products and services.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve client support and service.
Assist in the onboarding and implementation process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and successful adoption of Yardi's energy management solutions.
Effectively communicate technical information to clients in a clear and concise manner.
Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and technical support activities.
Collaborate with sales and account management teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Yardi's energy management solutions.
Act as a brand ambassador for Yardi, promoting our commitment to providing exceptional customer service and innovative solutions in the energy industry.
