- Provide exceptional technical support to clients, troubleshooting any issues that may arise with the software.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all technical inquiries and concerns.
- Utilize your strong background in technology to effectively communicate with clients and understand their needs.
- Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with the latest software updates and developments.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and implement solutions to improve client experience and increase efficiency.
- Document and track all client interactions and technical issues, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Proactively identify potential issues and provide proactive solutions to prevent them from occurring.
- Provide training and support to clients on new features and updates to the software.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring timely and effective communication and issue resolution.
- Continuously strive to exceed customer expectations and provide exceptional customer service.
- Participate in team meetings and provide valuable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay organized and prioritize tasks to effectively manage a high volume of client inquiries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of internal processes and procedures to enhance the overall client experience.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Technical Support Or Account Management Role.
Knowledge And Experience With Yardi Software Products, Including Voyager And/Or Rentcafe.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Individuals.
Strong Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues In A Timely Manner.
