- Communicate technical information clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Technical Support Or Account Management Role.
Strong Understanding Of Software Development And Troubleshooting Principles.
Proficiency In Various Programming Languages, Such As Sql, Javascript, And Python.
